Thanks for the initiative and good discussion on the values aspects of ECE. Ya, promoting children's positive attitude towards environmental protection is a very important aspect and this habit should start from young. Trend and Issue in Early Childhood Toward Environment Protection

In order to provide the best and effective way of learning nowadays, the teaching materials could be involved a lot of paper, photocopied materials, and exercise books. Teaching materials that consume electricity such as computer. The teaching materials that mix both plastic and metal parts together such as toy.

Some organizations or companies that carry out the social responsibility normally will visit the kindergartens to give the environment talk. The talk is to teach the concept of “reduce”, “reuse” and “recycle”.

Then the teachers have to set-up the “recycle” bins for children in the kindergarten to practice.

After the children practice the “recycle” activities in the kindergartens, the children will tell to parents to practice “reduce”, “reuse” and “recycle” as well.

Great video sharing, the video is creative for chidren to pay attention to increse their awareness.

By the way, in view of the important of environment protection, do you plan to start the environment or recycle activity in Than Hsiang Kindy? Small project or activity is most welcome.

I am thinking is good to start the education from young.
